We cannot say enough good things about Jerry and Tony. They were a 10 on every level. These guys are truly the face of SERVPRO of Helotes & Leon Springs and they were exceptional. I take customer support rather personally and generally have higher standards and expectations than most. Garret's team did a great job.  They should be reviewed for their excellent job performance and in my opinion given a pay raise.  His team worked very hard to ensure the water was cleaned up with the least amount of intrusion to the home owners.  We really appreciated this.
