This fire damage in Fredericksburg, TX was the result of a BBQ fire on the back porch. In the before photography, take notice the extent of the smoke damage in the attic area. There was soot and fire damage to the insulation as well as the beams of the attic. The ceiling fan had to be removed due to the extent of the fire damage. The after picture shows the removal of the affected materials and how the structure was then cleaned of the remaining soot. Our customer was thrilled with the results and was pleased that the process was completed in a timely manner.
